Supply contracts, distribution and agency agreements, service level agreements, shareholder arrangements and security documents. We draft to the deal you actually have, then mark the clauses that will cost you money if the other side walks away.
Title investigation, searches, deeds of assignment, governor's consent, leases and tenancy agreements. On a purchase we report on the title in writing before you pay anything, including where the search comes back unclear.
Contracts of employment, staff handbooks, restructuring and exits, disciplinary process, and representation at the National Industrial Court. We advise on the process before a dismissal, which is cheaper than defending one afterwards.
Commercial litigation in the state high courts, arbitration, and negotiated settlement. We give a written assessment of the strengths and the weaknesses at the start, including the likely cost of running the matter to judgment.
Incorporation, statutory registers, board and general meeting minutes, annual returns to the Corporate Affairs Commission, and share transfers. Usually a fixed annual arrangement rather than billed by the hour.
Notarisation of documents for use abroad, certification of copies, and attestation of powers of attorney. Attended by appointment at either office; bring the original document and identification.
